Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) can beer (your choice, we usually use a domestic beer)
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3-4 dashes pepper sauce (We use Franks)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients.He usually mixes it all in a large zip lock bag and adds the steak for several hours.
