Asian Marinated Flank Steak

* 1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce
* 2 tsp liquid honey
* 1 tsp ground ginger
* 2 tsp lemon zest
* 2 minced cloves garlic
* 1 tbsp red-wine vinegar
* pinch crushed chili flakes
* 1 lb beef flank steak
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a Ziploc baggie.
2. Add steak and turn to coat.
3. Refrigerate 24 hours.
4. Bring out meat from fridge, let stand 30 minutes.
5. Pat steak dry, place under broiler or on hot grill 4 minutes a side.
6. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
