Barbecue Swiss Steak

* 1 and 1/2 pounds round steak cut into 6 servings
* 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
* 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
* 1 12 oz jar beef gravy or 1and 1/2 cups homemade beef gravy
* 1 cup frozen corn
* 1 medium onion cut into thin wedges
* 6 cups hot mashed potatoes
Directions
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees
2. In a ungreased 13 by 9 glass baking dish combine tomatoes, gravy, and barbecue sauce, blending well
3. Add corn and onion mix well
4. Place beef in mixture spooning the mixture over the beef
5. Cover with foil
6. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes
7. To serve place one cup of mashed potatoes in a shallow bowl and top with beef and veggie mixture.
