Ingredients

* A bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
* 3 Pork Blade Steaks
* 1 small onion

Directions

1. Take the bone out of the steaks
2. Pound the heck out of the steaks on both sides
3. line a baking dish with foil (makes clean up WAY easy)
4. Pour a thick layer of BBQ sauce on bottom of pan
5. lay pork blade steaks down
6. cover heavily with BBQ sauce
7. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes
8. halfway through baking top with thinly sliced onion
