Beef Steak And Lamb Kidney Pie

Filling:
* 1½ pounds sirloin steak, thinly sliced
* 4 lamb kidneys, sliced
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 onions, peeled, chopped fine
* 1½ cups water
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon salt
Pie crust:
* 1 1/4 C flour
* 1 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1/2 C shortening
* Cold water
Instructions
1. Sift flour, salt, and sugar together.
2. Work quickly, with the tips of the fingers, to blend the shortening into the mixture.
3. Use enough cold water to make the particles of the mixture adhere together.
4. Turn on floured pastry board and roll, handling as little as possible.
5. Put kidneys, beef, butter, onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt and water in a pudding dish.
6. Moisten the edges of the pudding dish.
7. Cover with pie crust.
8. Bake in 350 degreen oven for about 35 minutes.
