Beef Tenderloin With Carrots And Parsley

* 2 pounds beef tenderloin, cut into thin pieces
* 8 carrots, peeled, cut into thin slices
* 4 tablespoons butter
* 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
* Seasonings to taste
Instructions
1. I separate frying pans, saute the tenderloin and the carrots with butter.
2. Mix together, add chopped parsley and seasonings, and serve.
