Beef Tenderloin With Paprika, Minced

Ingredients

* 2½ pounds beef tenderloin, cut in small pieces
* 4 tablespoons butter
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* ½ cup water
* Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Minced Recipe, Put butter in frying pan and place on fire.
2. When butter is foaming, add the tenderloin.
3. Season.
4. Cook quickly for about 6 minutes.
5. Remove tenderloin from frying pan.
6. Put water and paprika in the frying pan and let boil with the butter.
7. Strain through a strainer into a sauce pan.
8. Mix in the cooked tenderloin.
9. Then serve.
