Beer Marinated Grilled Steak

* 12 ounces lager-style beer
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup cider vinegar
* 1/4 cup ketchup
* 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
* 2 tablespoons minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* salt and pepper to taste
* 6 thick cut boneless rib eye steaks
Directions
1. Whisk together all ingredients except steaks.
2. Place steaks in resealable bag.
3. Pour in marinade.
4. Seal bag and chill overnight.
5. Remove steaks from marinade.
6. Grill until done to desire.
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
