Broiled Steak

* 1/2 pound frozen Delmonico rib eye steak
* 1 garlic clove minced
* 1 tsp meat tenderizer
* 1 tbsp softened butter
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, increase to taste
* black pepper and salt to taste
Directions
1. Turn on the oven broiler. Take half of the butter and spread it on top of the frozen steak. Add Worcestershire sauce to the top of the steak. Top steak with one half of the meat tenderizer and crushed garlic and salt and pepper.
2. Put the steak on a roasting pan and place under the broiler. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes, remove the pan from the overn and turn the steak over. Add the remaining butter and seasonings. Place the pan back under the broiler, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until desired doness is reached.
