Cajun Flank Steak

Ingredients

1 cup red wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons emeril’s original spice essence
1 teaspoon pepper
flank steak

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a freezer bag.Close freezer and mix ingredients well by squeezing bag.Flank steak can then be put in bag and put into freezer.Thaw in fridge for 24 hours before cooking.Grill or broil 7-8 minutes on each side.
