1 lb ground beef (I use chuck)
2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon gravy quik gravy, mix (or BV extract)
1 beef bouillon cube
black pepper (if desired)
Directions
Brown meat in skillet.Add onions and flour, cook well.Add water gradually as needed, stirring constantly.Add seasonings.Serve on noodles, mashed potatoes or biscuits.
