Ingredients

* 5 yukon gold potatoes.
* 4 cubed steaks.
* 1 clove garlic diced.
* 1pkg. mushroom gravy mix.
* 1 1/2 cup water.
* 1 white or red onion quartered and seperated.
* 1 can button mushrooms.
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undeluted.

Directions

1. Quarter and halve potatoes into bite size pieces.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Layer Cubed steaks over potatoes and season.
4. Add garlic clove diced.
5. Spread pkg. of mushroom gravy mix over meat.
6. Add water, mushrooms, onions, and soup over top of meat.
7. slow cook on high for 6 hrs. on high.
8. The meat has broken down and is so tender.
9. This dish is so easy and provides great flavor to a simple and easy meal.
