Ingredients

* 1 large round steak
* 4 large carrots, sliced
* 4 large potatoes, sliced
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cut round steak into serving slices.
2. Sprinkle with lemon pepper on both sides.
3. Put in crock pot and add other ingredients.
4. Let simmer on low for 5 hours.
