Ingredients

1/2 lb round steak or swiss steak (3/4-inch thick)
salt and pepper
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions

Cut round steak in half and season with salt and pepper.Place onion slices in crock-ette.Place meat on top of onion.Pour tomato sauce over all.Cover and cook 8 to 10 hours.
