Ingredients

* 1 (3pound) Sirloin Steak( sit out ,until the steak is no longer cold)
* 1 (12oz) Can of good Beer
* 1/2 cup Chili Sauce
* 1/4 cup Oil
* 1/8 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
* 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
* 1 Tablespoon Dijon-Style Mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon Hot Sauce
* 1/2 Cup Onion,Chopped
* 2 Cloves of Garlic,Crushed

Directions

1. Combine:
2. Beer,Chili Sauce,Oil Liquid Smoke,Soy Sauce,Dijon Mustard,Hot Sauce,Onion, Garlic.
3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Brush steak with sauce and grill about 15 minutes each side
5. Salt and Pepper
6. Serve with sauce.
