Don Katzu Japanese Fried Pork Steak

* 2 portions of pork steak, 2 cms thick
* 2 cups of finely shredded cabbage
* salt and pepper
* nutmeg powder
* 3 cups of bread crumb
* 1 egg
* flour
* don katzu sauce
Directions
1. Slowly hit both sides of the pork steak with a meat mallet
2. put pinch of nutmeg powder, salt and pepper on both sides of the pork steak, marinade
3. put cabbage in cold salted water, set a side.
4. put flour in a plate
5. put whisked egg on a second plate
6. and bread crumbs on the third plate
7. heat oil, into medium heat
8. finely coat pork steak with flour, dip in egg mixture until finely coated press into the bread crumbs deep fry until golden brown
9. serve with finely shredded cabbage and don katzu sauce
