Easy Salisbury Steak

* 1 1/4 pounds of hamburger
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1 egg
* 1 ( 10 ounce ) can of beef gravy
* season salt
* pepper
Directions
1. In bowl, combine beef, flour and egg, Add a pinch of season salt, and a pinch of pepper, mix well
2. Shape into patties, Place into shallow baking dish
3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
4. Drain off all grease
5. Pour beef gravy over patties, Bake another 20 minutes
6. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles
