Fajita Pepper Steak

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs bottom round steak
olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1 small onion, sliced

Directions

Coat skillet or wok with olive oil (I use Crisco’s olive oil spray).Thinly slice bottom round into strips (I just buy it already sliced for beef jerky) and season with all spices.Heat skillet to med-high and fry beef strips until tender. Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.Serve over rice. (I use brown).
