Favorite Flank Steak

* 1 Flank steak (approx. 3 pounds)
* 1/2 cup honey
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup sliced green onion
* 1 tsp powdered ginger
* 1/4 tsp sesame seed
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Combine all the above ingredients and marinade it for 6-12 hours.
2. Grill over high heat flipping it so each side cooks twice.
3. Cook about 7 minutes for the first two exposures, then 5-7 on the last two (depending on heat and desired degree of doneness)
4. Then let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing across the grain.
5. I also make a separate half-batch of the marinade and boil it until it is reduced by 1/3 and use it as a dipping sauce.
