* Flank Steak
* 3/4 cup salad oil
* 1/4 cup each soy sauce and honey
* 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
* 2 Tablespoons Finely chopped green onion
* 1 Clove minced garlic
* 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients well and pour over the flank steak. Marinate for at least 6 hours.
2. Cook 3 minutes per side for medium rare.
3. Slice across grain
4. Enjoy and don’t expect leftovers.
