Hamburger Steak With Gravy

Ingredients

* 2 lbs. ground chuck
* 2 cups white or sweet onion, minced
* 1/4 - 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
* 4 pkgs brown gravy (recommend Pioneer)

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Line a 9×13 pan with foil.
3. Shape hamburger and onion into 6-8 patties; place in pan.
4. Top with mushrooms.
5. Mix gravy with 2-1/2 cups water and pour over patties.
6. Cook 45 minutes to an hour.
