2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
2 chopped garlic clove
1 minced scallion
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3 teaspoons ground roast sesame
ground black pepper
1 pinch salt
1 lb sliced skirt steak
Directions
Mix first 10 ingredients and marinate the skirt steak one or more hours.Grill over hot charcoal.Cook until medium rare.Remove from fire and let rest 10 minutes, slice as thin as possible and serve.
