Short Ribs

Ingredients:
2 lbs. beef short ribs
1 onion sliced
2 T. prepared mustard
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
Method:
Brown meat.
Place in pan with top.
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat.
Cook at 350° F. for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
