Peppered Rib Eye Steak

* 4 beef rib eye steaks (1-1/2 inches thick)
* 1Tbl olive oil
* 1Tbl garlic powder
* 1Tbl paprika
* 2 tsp dried ground thyme
* 2 tsp dried ground oregano
* 1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp lemon pepper
* 1 tsp ground red pepper
Directions
1. Brush steaks lightly with olive oil.
2. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.
3. Sprinkle seasonings over steaks and press into both sides.
4. Cover and Chill for 1 hour.
5. Grill steaks, turning once over medium hot coals 14-18 minutes for rare; 18-22 minutes for medium; 24-28 minutes for well-done.
6. Place on a warm serving platter; cut across the grain into thick slices
