Rosemary Garlic Wine Marinated Steak

* 2 rib eye steaks
* 3 cups dry red wine
* 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
* 1 small onion coarsely chopped
* 4 cloves garlic coarsely chopped
* 1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
1. Place wine, rosemary, onion, garlic, cracked peppercorns and olive oil in large baking.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Add steaks and turn to coat both sides.
4. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
5. Heat grill then remove meat from marinade.
6. Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
7. Grill 7 minutes on each side.
8. Slice against the grain.
