Salisbury Steak

* 4 cubed steaks about 1/4 pound each
* Flour
* Salt
* Pepper
* 1 white onion chopped
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 cup water
* 2 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
1. Dip steaks in flour then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Brown with onion in hot fat and add remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and cook slowly until tender about 35 minutes.
