Ingredients

* 2lbs round steak cut in 1″strips
* 1 can tomatoes undrained
* onion
* garlic
* flour
* salt and pepper
* 2tsp worchistire sauce
* ttbsp soy
* 1tbsp beef flavour base
* red and green peppers
* 2 cups hot rice

Directions

1. 2lbs beef round steak 1/2 inch thick
2. 1/4 cup flour
3. 1/2 tsp salt
4. 1/8tsp pepper
5. 1 medium onion
6. 1 small clove garlic both minced/chopped
7. 2 large bell red/green peppers
8. seeded and cut to stips
9. 1 can whole tomatoes undrained
10. 1 tblsp beef flavour base
11. 1tbsp soy sauce
12. 2tsp worchistire sauce
13. serve on hot cooked rice
14. cut steak into strips. combine flour salt and pepper and toss steak to coat well and put in crock pot
15. put onion, garlic and half of the peppers on and stir
16. combine tomatoes with beef base , soy and worcheshire and pour on
17. cook on low for 8-10 hours
18. one hour before serving turn on HIGH and stir in rest of peppers.
19. If want a thick gravy, make a smooth past of 3 tbsp flour and 3tbsp water, stir in crock, cook and cover till thick
