Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons flour
2 lbs swiss steak
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 cup water
3 tablespoons tomato puree
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream

Directions

Mix salt and pepper with the flour and pound it into the steak.Brown the steak in the butter.Add onion, tomato pureé and some water and boulin.Cover and simmer 1 hour over low heat, or bake 1 hour at 250degrees in a preheated oven.Add sour cream and mix well. Let simmer ½ hour longer.
