1 lb round steak, thinly sliced in strips
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup sliced onion
2 cups sliced carrot
2 cups beef broth
1/2 lb sliced mushroom
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups sliced celery
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Directions
Saute steak in oil until brown.Add onions, carrots, broth, mushrooms, salt, garlic powder,pepper, and celery.Cook until tender.Stir together cornstarch and water.Add to steak mixture, stirring constantly until thickened.
