* 2 lb. round steak cut into 1 x 2 strips
* 2 tbls. olive oil
* 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
* 2 green peppers, seeded and sliced
* 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
* 1 15 oz. can pineapple chunks & its juice
* 1 tbls. ground ginger
* 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
* 1/2 tsp. pepper
* 3 tbls. soy sauce
Directions
1. In saute pan, brown steak strips in olive oil.
2. Push to the side and add pepper and onion.
3. Cook until slightly tender
4. Add ginger, salt, pepper, and soy sauce and stir well
5. Add tomatoes, pineapple chunks and it’s juice
6. Cover tightly and simmer for 45 minutes
7. Serve over rice
