Ingredients

soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder
celery salt
2 lbs steak, for grilling (New York Strip, Porterhouse and Top Sirloin are all good)

Directions

Coat both sides of meat with all ingredients.There are no set amounts- you don’t have to use a lot.Let sit for about an hour.Grill or Broil.
