Ingredients

* 4 rib eyes or favorite steak
* Rub:
* salt
* pepper
* accent
* Texas Pete hot sauce
* meat tenderizer
* garlic salt
* worchestershire sauce

Directions

1. Sprinkle the first side of meat with the desired amount of seasoning.
2. Rub the spices into the meat well.
3. Turn meat over and repeat the step.
4. Place meat in a zip lock and refrigerate at least one hour.
5. Cook with your desired method, fry; grill or bar-b-q
