* Beef (20-ounce Boneless Strip Steak or Boneless Rib Steak—your choice—butterflied into the shape of a heart.)
* Sea Salt
* Fresh Ground Pepper
* Olive Oil
Directions
1. You can go to your favorite Butcher to see if he can shape into a *heart*.
2. If not, draw a *Large Heart* on a piece of cardboard, shape to size of meat selected, and if handy, cut to shape to the meat. You can do it!
3. Fire up the grill, baste a little olive oil on grill rack.
4. Salt & Pepper the sweetheart steak.
5. 5 to 7 minutes a side till done.
6. Voile!
