Ingredients

* 1 Round of Steak cut in 6 pieces(sorry I do not have the exact weight..) You can use Sirloin, Chuck or Flatiron steak.
* Flour
* 1 can peas
* 1 small onion
* Vegetable or olive oil
* 1 can of crushed Tomtoes

Directions

1. In a skillet saute’ the onions in the oil.
2. Dredge steak in flour
3. Brown skillet.
4. Remove to baking dish, add tomatoes cover tightly with foil.
5. Bake in 350* for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
6. Add peas last 20 minutes of cooking time.
7. Serve with mashed potatoes.
